Cathy to Present Done! at 51st ASHE Conference

confLogo170x256Monday, August 4th at 9:45 Cathy will be presenting at the 51t ASHE Annual Conference and Technical Exhibition in Chicago.  Cathy will present Done! for Facilities Managers.  DONE! is an interactive workshop to teach facility and project managers the “DONE!” methodology. DONE teaches “a hit the ground project approach to complete a project.” She will create a situational scenario to include the dynamics of a project and project meetings. The participants will use a project case study to understand the elements of Healthy Team, Healthy Project and Healthy Patient; the proven method to completing a project well done.

Learning Objective 1: Describe patient-centered healing best practice and its relevance to hospital design
Learning Objective 2: Explain the three parts of the HWD model and how they fit together.
Learning Objective 3: Describe the important components of how project management, sustainability and patient-centered healing environments relate to each other
Learning Objective 4: Apply the five steps of project management: Initiation, Planning, Controlling, Implementation, and Close Out.
